Join: old %CLIP from clipboard being repeatedly pushed to all devices

each time i copy something to clipboard it gets overwritten in few
seconds with some old %CLIP
I did make sure all devices have persmissions + overlay permission
(+adb clipboard monitor permission)
I removed all suspicious devices (android 10 and 11)
This old %CLIP still keeps being pushed to all join devices
Any ideas?
