ligar/desligar roteador Wi Fi ( on / off WiFi Router )

Hello, 

preciso de uma ajuda.

quero criar um perfil que, quando eu ligar o multimidia android do meu carro, o celular acesse em meu celular as configurações>Roteador WiFi>ativar e quando desligar o miltimidia configurações>Roteador WiFi>desativar.

Alguém poderia me ajudar ?

I want to create a profile when I tourn on the android sound multimedia in my car , my cellphone  open and accesses the settings> WiFi Router> activate,  and when to turn off the miltimidia sound in the car , my cellphone  open and accesses the settings> Router WiFi> disable.

Can anybody help me ?
