Amazon Firestick blocks ADB

Hi, I have been using Tasker on my Firestick purely to allow the use of a custom launcher, namely the Wolf launcher.

But Amazon has now blocked the ability for Fire TV apps to establish local ADB connections and, in turn, execute ADB commands. So Tasker no longer functions.

Is there any way to get around this situation? Because Tasker did a great job until now and I'm sad to lose the functionality of a custom launcher.
