How to change which microphone is active during calls

Hi. My main microphone is broken but my secondary (loudspeak) microphone is working. That is, on regular calls the other person won't hear me unless I turn on Speakerphone.
How can I redirect the primary mic to the secondary mic so that in every call the secondary mic is used to pick up sound?

Isaac,

Some phones have a stock option to trigger the speakerphone automatically with every call. Have you checked the phone app settings of your smartphone to see if it has this feature? In addition, I have seen on other phones that there is a setting that uses the proximity sensor. If the phone is not on your face, then it turns the speakerphone on automatically. Have you check if your phone has that?

I can toggle speaker mode like normal, but what I want is to use Tasker to use the loudspeak/secondary microphone  for regular (non speaker mode) call, as in to substitute the broken mic with the secondary mic. My main mic is broken, which means I have to use Speaker mode always, I want to avoid that by replacing the main mic with the secondary but without having everyone hear my call with Speaker mode.

Are you absolutely certain the mic is actually broken? I've seen two phones with the same symptoms as yours and on both the main mic was clogged with pocket lint etc. and were fine after cleaning it out with a pin and compressed air. Just a suggestion.
