floating tasker icon?

I recently moved to a new phone and now I have a floating Tasker icon as shown below.  It is moveable and jumps to the side when released.  It is on every panel holding apps. 

My old phone didn't have this and it is a bit distracting.  Does anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it?

I dont have the same phone but i seen this mentioned loads of times in the smart launcher sub reddit, but never with Tasker, basically its an accessibility button. Look under your advanced accessibility settings to disable it cant remember the exact setting but shouldnt be hard to find.

FWIW Tasker isnt placing it there and this wont be the only app that does it.
