Tasker fails to enable WireGuard VPN if the WireGuard app is not loaded.
But, if I load the WireGuard app (it is listed in my active Android apps), the Tasker task that enables Wireguard VPN works and is able to enable the VPN connection.
If a WireGuard VPN is already enabled (I am already connected to a VPN), Tasker is able to disable the VPN no matter if the Wireguard app is loaded or not loaded in active apps.
My previous phone, Pixel 3a with Android 12, did not have this issue.
My new phone, Pixel 7a with Andoroid 13, has this issue. So it might be an issue with Android 13.

I think I solved this issue.
In my phone, I changed the WireGuard 'App battery usage' setting to Unrestricted, and that has solved the issue. Previously, it was set to Optimized.
