Can I automate ical import to google calendar using tasker ?

My school uses ical for the planning of the schedule and I have to log in using a webpage that is called "blackboard" every time to check if there has been any changes in the schedule. I can click on a link to get a ical file and add it to my google calendar, but it does not change if something is altered in the original schedule.

I have tried adding the ical url but it is not accepted. The link looks like this, and I guess it uses some java functions or similar to generate the correct schedule

But can I set up tasker some way to download the ics file a couple of times a day and automaticly upload it to my google calendar account so that my schedule is always updated?

The closest info that I could find. Although, it uses a direct link to a private ical.
