MEDIA VOLUME ISSUE

i have created two tasks (screens attached). issue is , media volume does not change against each task when attached to profile, but when i run tasks independently, they works fine. no error whatsoever available in logs.

Have you tried "Accessibility Volume" instead? May this works for you.

I would guess the profiles actually don't run, try putting some beep
or noitification alert as a first task to first determine if profiles
run each time you assume those should run

profiles are actually running as i have manually checked volume levels. could you please tell me what is accessibility volume? is this a tasker setting or what?

Accessibility Volume is a Tasker action, just like the Media Volume action. On some ROMs only that will work because of a system issue.
