When i export project as link, the link works immediately and import
into other devices works great, however when i click all "Other shares
from this user" the new project is not visible (also after 5 hours,
still not visible, and ofc i refreshed browser)

does it simply take longer to get updated or am i doing smthng wrong?

Did you maybe not make the share public? It'll only show there if it's public.
