Can not run tasks from Google Assistant

Based on this post, I should be able to tap the microphone and tell Google Assistant:

   Run <task name> in Tasker

But when I do, Google displays the Google search engine with the phrase in it and does not run Tasker.

Had the same problem. Opened Assistant Routines and went to 'enter custom command' then put 'open (task name) with tasker' and gave the routine a name and it worked fine. 

For example when I say power mode now it runs the task and turns on battery saver.
