This screenshot is from Google TV (Chromecast 4K).
The easier question is: how the marked thing is called (a kind of media palying notification on the home screen)? This actually shows that an (audio) Google cast is in progress.

The more important question: Is there a slight chance to capture this “notification” or whatewer as a Tasker Event, in order to use as a Tasker profile? Obviously the Tasker is installed on Google TV. If so, what should I do? I need triggers for BOTH starting and ending the casting process.

PS. Different look, but essentially the same thing, at this time from Philips Android TV.

I don't use these apps so I'm can't be specific.  It may be you are the only person who has ever attempted to do this.  However, I would start with getting a notification intercept.  There are other possibilities like detecting when an app opens.

Based on your rapid fire posting and expectation that you would get an immediate answer from the developer, this project must be extremely important to you.  But this is a community forum.  Users mostly help each other.  For me personally, I'm loathe to jump in when people start out entitled.  It usually leads to a black hole that sucks the joy out of my day.

Thanks, let me explain what's the problem in our case.
I let Tasker intercept ALL the notifications, regardless of their source and purpose. And nothing received wnen started/stopped the casting.
The second hint might be smarter but we have a huge problem here: not very sure exactly which app is responsible of receiving the casting requests. Even if I found out not sure if I'll find this app among the ones enumerated in Tasker's app listt. maybe it's not a task, just a service?
I still can see better chances to find out why none of these notifications cannot be intercepted by Tasker, and modify the appropriate settings to change the situation. That's why a discussion with the Tasker author would be excellent. Unfrtunately no feedback from him yet.
