Hello,
I am using WaveUp from the Play Store to lock my device by covering the proximity sensor for a predefined delay and locks the device, after that I can unlock by the fingerprint sensor as normal.

So thought to try and replicate this functionality into Tasker, but the only similar action that can be used is "System Lock" and everytime it is run, my fingerprint sensor is disabled with the messaged "Device locked by admin".

Is there an alternative way to lock the device without using the Device Administrator option? I think WaveUp is only using the Accessibility Services to accomplish this.

Use the Turn Off action with the Lock option checked.
