Using "p" inside a number causes a two second pause. So, if Sprint's number is 123-456-7890, have tasker dial 123-456-7890pppppppppp2. This should dial, wait 20 seconds, and press 2. You may need to fine tune the number of p's.

By the way, the use of p for pause (or comma for pause) is common feature of many phones, nothing to do with Tasker.  You can append the code(s) to the end of your phone number stored in your contacts.  For instance, you might create a contact called VoiceMail with a stored number of:

1 800 987 6543 ppppppppppp 1234#

So, you call the "VoiceMail", and the phone will dial, pause, then dial 1234# for you.

True. I didn't mean to imply that was Tasker's feature, but I see I wasn't very clear.

Thanks! I didn't think I had a response, no email. I use commas all the time on my work blackberry for pauses or prompts to enter conference ids after bridge line calls. I should have thought about this. I will try now.

Do you know how to make it when you answer the phone and it automatic send '2' button  ?
