Browse URL does not work when at home screen

Hi Everyone,

Issue: Browse URL task does not work When I am at home screen or any other screen.

It only works when I am in Tasker App.

I have created an Missed call event.

- When I get missed call from a person the task should open specific URL.

- The same task works fine if I am in 'Tasker' App

- The same task does not work when I minimize 'Tasker' App or not in 'Tasker' App

Please suggest.
