Detecting and killing non-toast popups?

I'm noticing in Android 13 that there are a number of alerts that are issued which are not actual toasts.
They are popups which appear on the screen, but they do not fit the "toast" look and feel, and they are not detected as toasts by AutoNotification.
One example is a very annoying (IMO) yellow popup that appears whenever text is copied to the clipboard. And there are also other such non-toast popups with different semantics and different look-and-feel characteristics.
I'd like to be able to detect these popups and ideally block or delete many of them. Is there any way in the latest Tasker beta or within AutoNotification (or perhaps some other utility) that will allow me to react to, delete, and possibly block these popup alerts in ways that are similar to how notifications and toasts can currently be dealt with?
