Hello.
I use a
-) Samsung Galaxy S20+ SM-G985F/DS (Android 14, One UI 5.1)
together with a
-) Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro (PZ9V) Model SM-R925F (Wear OS 4.0, System version 13, One UI 5.0 watch)
From the very beginning I have a lot of problems with tasker and autowear to get some automation working probably.
SecuritySettings write permission for autowear (on the watch) is successfully set via ADB command
adb shell pm grant com.joaomgcd.autowear android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
I have to disable blutooth so WLAN will be activated in the watch. then I can pair a new device and finally connect via ADB.
this was a pain I the ass to find the right way. But all permissions are set now.
I also allowed autowear the accessability service.
BUT: (!!)
Even after the new 3.2.4-beta from yesterday I can not set my watch to "vibrate only" mode (mode_ringer).
I can not turn on the screen via input commands (therefore all other input commands are useless, because I will have to touch my watch anyway to turn the screen on for the task to work).
I CAN switch the AOD setting "on" and "off", BUT the changed setting take only effect, when I manually wake up the screen.
So this task is also useless for me :(
can pls anyone with a Galaxy watch 5 pro test these settings? switch the mode_ringer security setting via autowear to 1 (vibrate only) or try to turn in the screen via input command??!
thank u very much.
