Authentication Issues with my Axis IP Camera

through the following url and I am to enable a function on my Axis M1031W camera via a BROWSER:

http://<camera_ip>/?path=axis-cgi/param.cgi%3faction=update&Event.E1.Enabled=yes

However, when I enter this it asks for user name and password.

I attempted to encode this as user:pass@ but that doesn't work in the browser and its not a surprise not in tasker either.

I saw another post where someone use fiddler to see what was going back and forth on a successful authentication.

When using a brower and typing into user and pass on popup, the following data appears in fiddler for this authentication step and this is SUCCESSFUL

No Proxy-Authorization Header is present.

Can tasker emulate this authentication?
