Nexus 4 - How can I make audio notification (tone) when the charger is connected / disconnected?

By default, the Nexus 4 makes no sound when the charger is connected or disconnected.
Could some kind soul please let me know if I need Tasker to enable this seemingly simple notification (and if so, how the heck do I do it), or are there any better ways?

Profile:Charge any, task:media play. Something like that perhaps?

Profile Name: Charging

Context: Power [ Source: Any ]

Enter Task: 

A1: Play Ringtone [ Type: Notification  Sound:<you choose A>  Stream: Notification ]

Exit Task: 

A1: Play Ringtone [ Type: Notification  Sound:<you choose B>  Stream: Notification ]

This way you can have a different sound for connecting and disconnecting of power.
