Hi all,

Possibly a strange question but can't think of a better place to ask it.

On my current smart watch (Galaxy Watch 3) I use wearable widgets set to receive a tasker variable (populated from a notification by auto notification). I've got that widget one swipe to the right and it works pretty well.

Is there a way to do the same thing on the galaxy watch 7?

I don't really what the variable displayed all of the time so I don't think I want to use a complication.

I'm looking for a replacement watch and this feature is fairly key (the variable is actually my current blood glucose level so easy access to it is pretty handy, but I don't want it on the watchface or else I'm just going to keep over treating stuff...)

Many thanks

So I have a non-tasker suggestion if you use a Libre CGM - you could use WatchGlucose Companion.

I'm a T1D with a galaxy watch 6 and i use it, but the nicest thing about it is that you have a choice with how you're able to use it, including being able to just add a tile which is accessible with one swipe from the home screen - not need to use the watch face or complication (though I personally use the complication)

Another option is Gluroo which also has similar options, but supports a wider variety of CGM providers, and has a phone + watch app.

I know it wasn't specifically what you asked for but I do hope this helps.

Kind Regards,
Anthony
