Tasker not loading apps or my plug-ins

I am trying to set a profile to set when I open a certain app. When I go to the app selection and try to select a app none of my apps in my app drawer will show. This is also the same thing with all my plug-ins.
What can I do to get them to load. I can't set any profiles that I like do to this. Please help

You mean you see an empty window ?

Plugins aren't normal apps. To use a plugin, select it from the Plugin category when you create an action or state.

Yes the window is empty. I no that about the plug-ins but I have two an they aren't showing up as well! It does not display any off apps or plug-ins.

Start with a reboot. If it doesn't help, a reinstall.

It's the first time in 4 years I've heard anyone report this.

I figured out Tasker need to be turned on from the Accessibility setting area for the phone before plugins or apps will load.

I know this is a little old but I just ran into the same problem but couldn't find anything on Google until another app led me to the right place.
