Works like a charm! The settings posted earlier are nearly corrected. In the widget itself is sais the following:To use intent in 3rd party apss like Llama, use Method:
Broadcast, Package: com.arnab.drivingmode, Class: com.arnab.drivingmode.DWidget, Action: drv_on or drv_off.So it should work using the following settings:(no quotes, case sensitive)Action: "_drv_on"Cat: none
Mime Type: leave blank

Driving Mode off is the same except the Action is "_drv_off"

Check the audio steam you're using... For a while mine defaulted to the media stream, but as there was no media playing, the notification was not read... ;-)
Hi, I was just setting up the same thing and got the driving mode to toggle, at least according to the icon on the notifications screen, but the driving mode doesn't actually seem to be reading the incoming notifications as it should.Has anyone else who performed these steps encountered this? Where the light is on but it doesn't seem to be doing anything?Thanks,-Heath

Hello I just downloaded the application yesterday and have thoroughly researched on the below subject before deciding to ask a question to you (Pent) myself.. First of all thank you so very much for coming up with this EPIC app i.e Tasker.. Secondly as you may hav already gathered I am quite the newbie and even though I am quite quick to pick up things I haven't yet managed to pick this one up..
So I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 I have installed Tasker and Driving Mode Widget Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1559801 hirak99 the author of that app has made a widget to activate and deactivate the "Driving Mode" setting via 1 click with a widget... He also claims as per below (2nd Paragraph)
So I have created a Car mode Profile in my Tasker and want to add 2 more tasks to it.. i.e 1. Turning on "Driving Mode" and 2. Turning off "Driving Mode" as my exit task.. As you can tell I am very eager for this to work as it would complete my Profile Task completely.. I am assume it would be quite a tedious process to set up these two tasks and that it is not fair on me to ask you to do so.. But I would be very appreciative if you did manage to make them for me to finish my set.. Also if you wouldn't find the time to do so i would at least hope that you point me in the right direction as to how I should go about setting up these tasks.. As I have zero knowldege on these Intent settings.. Thanks in advance..
