get uri from file path

I'm trying to share a locale image file with Google Keep from within Tasker, but I only have the file path. When I put the file path in the EXTRA_STREAM, the image doesnt load in Keep, so i think it needs the content uri. Has anybody a clue how to geht that from the file path using Tasker? I don't seem to find it if its there, and Google doesnt help either.

I'm using an action.SEND intent to com.Google.android.keep Package and com.Google.Android.keep.activities.EditorActivity

Have you tried using autoshare to intercept the intent?
