So, I've been attempting to find information on how to use tasker to activate accessibility settings on a per app basis.  SPecifically, I want to be able to enable "Accessibility>High Contrast Text(Experimentsl)" when using specific apps. As far as I am able to find I am able to get as far as "Tasks>Settings>Accessibility Settings" before I am met with the screen that asks "If %___ ~ (value)".   Unfortunately I'm also unable to find information about what values might suit my needs.  Is it possible I am in the wrong menu? Or might anyone else have a clue as to what the values might be for accessibility tasks?

Thanks in advance for any advice given <3

If it matters, I am running a CM variant of 6.0.1

The if statement is optional. You can use shell input tap (root required) or the autoinput plugin to enable/disable high contrast text.

Also, you can use Secure Settings plugging to directly toggle accessibility services for individual apps. You can use any context you like to trigger that task. I do it all the time to manage accessibility services for some auto apps.
