Why doesn't this work automatically?

I have a task that is supposed to wake PC when I connect to WIFI. It works if I manually trigger it and appears to work if I interact with my phone while it is running. For some reason it doesn't work on its own. Phone is S23 ultra. I've disabled battery optimization etc.

Did you make absolutely sure to follow all the steps for your specific device at https://dontkillmyapp.com/ for the Plugin  app (not Tasker itself)?

Thanks. I will look into that. Why do they insist of making "smart" phones increasing less smart.
