Hi,

I got a license for the direct download version of Tasker years ago.

I downloaded the lastest version and now is asking me to go to Google Store and buy again because the trial period is off.

From the app I am not been able to put my license code.

Hi there. I acquired Tasker (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/tasker/SkCtZxnts4Y%5B101-125%5D) recently, but unfortunately I couldn't keep Tasker's old direct purchase licensing mechanism (the server belongs to the old owner), so I had to come up with a new one.
You have 3 options:
1 - You can backup your data, uninstall Tasker and then re-install it from Google Play
2 - You can purchase a new direct purchase license from me and use a special direct purchase version of Tasker that I'll send you. A new license is $4.
3 - If you really want to, and you still have the old license, I can issue a license with the new direct purchase system so you can continue to use it. Please note though, that you first purchased Tasker many years ago, and I didn't get the revenue from that, so it would be great if you could support Tasker's development a bit more by purchasing this upgrade :)

Hi João,

I acquired Tasker years ago. I had used until I bough a OnePlus 5T phone.

I don't know if you are aware but OnePlus phones have an slider that change the notification schemes between normal, vibrate and silent. It can not put the phone, using software or the volume keys in zero volume!

I had some profiles in Tasker that change the notification profiles according my agenda activities, but all fail in OnePlus phone because the hardware control over the notifications schemes (I remember to post a question about this issue in the forum). So, I had to stop using Tasker (that was in December, 2018).

Some days ago, I was using an app called "Forest: Stay focused" that change the notification schemes when you activate a given period of time. I found that this application, when set up to put the phone complete mute, could do it! As the OnePlus had received many updates, I don't know if one of them permit the full volume control using software. In this way, and wanted to use Tasker, I downloaded the latest version for the site  but I found that the distribution way changed, so, my license is not valid anymore.

So, I am asking you the possibility to issue me a new license for the direct download version in order to test if Tasker can change the notification schemes.

If it works, you have my compromise to acquire a new license from GooglePlay Store. In case does not work, I will have to way to my next Android phone to use Tasker.

Where do I do that? (I don't have access to google play on the device. I can send paypal, or credit card).
