[Autowear] API 36 changes

Hi João,

Would you consider an API 36 / Wear OS 6 feature pass for AutoWear?

A few changes look especially relevant:

  • Native NFC On / Off / Toggle / State via the now-public NfcAdapter.enable()/disable() APIs

  • New Accessibility global actions like Media Play/Pause and Menu

  • Wear OS 6 updates around Tiles, heart-rate permissions, and ambient/AOD behavior

  • Newer haptic and notification APIs where they fit AutoWear

The NFC support would be especially useful because it could avoid ADB WiFi workarounds entirely.
