I've started setting up Tasker as a voice assistant using a combination of Get Voice, Say, and normal Tasker stuff. It works, don't have any issues setting it up, I was just wondering if anyone else had done the same and would be up for sharing what they've made it do. I'd love to share ideas and thoughts if there are others doing this. Right now I'm out of ideas rather than stuck on creating an idea, with current features ranging from updating a DIY "social network", to remote control my PC, search google and wolfram alpha, and so on.

Actually if anyone have any tricks for creating todo tasks using Tasker, that would be helpful. Kinda stuck due to limitations of other apps, not Tasker.

That sounds great, I'd love to have a copy!
Mine's probably not as usefull, it just activates when I dock my phone or push the camera button while chrarging.
Then I can tell it to wake me up (aka, start the alarm) either in a couple of hours or at a specific time. Works with lines like "wake me up at quater to seven" or "please wake me up in 6 and a half hours". I can tell it to play some music as white noise to fall asleep and to keep me informed - aka read out SMS, Emails, WhatsApp Messages and if I'm supposed to be busy according to my calendar.
I just know my phone is getting old and slow, so some profiles tend to get tricky as I run out of memory very soon and then stuff tends to crash.
With the next job I'll get myself a new one.
I've had a QuickToDo, aka a way shorter ToDo-List as a Zoom widget just showing the contents of a variable - my 2A4 pages ToDo List did not fit on any screen. But knowing the todays ToDo was kind of nice.

My current features include a bunch of funny responses, like this one  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TmBlI27w1-8

Of the less useless features it has:
Sleep mode control
Google Search
Wolfram alpha search
Web page shortcuts
Notification note (creates a notification with the content you speak into it)
Play music

Todo:
Add Astrid task

I'm struggling a bit with Get Voice tunnel vision, meaning that I tend to assign stuff to voice control that is better done with simple buttons xD
