Can Tasker enable USB Tethering automatically?

Hello

I'd like to move from Outlook to EssentialPIM, but syncing over USB involves having to enable USB Tethering each time after connecting an Android phone to the computer running EssentialPIM:

I was wondering if Tasker could be used to automatically enable USB Tethering when I connect the Android phone to Windows.
