How do you use Tasker to update an excel (or google doc) spreadsheet with date and time.

Ok, like everybody else that posts a question..... I'm not a developer even in the furthest stretch of the word. I can wrap my head around if / or / and functions but right now that's about it.

What I need tasker to do is this:

1. I swipe an NFC tag

2. Tasker would update 5 columns: Job, Work Center, Date, Hours, Operation and Specific Description

Job - A set alpha numeric string saved to the tag when you write it.

Work Center - ALWAYS the same, "100"

Date - This is sticky. All I need is the date of when I scan the tag. But.....

Hours - I also need to track how long I worked on the specific job, and to record the amount of time in hours. **see note**

Operation - ALWAYS the same, "1"

Specific Description - A set alpha numeric string saved to the tag when you write it along with the Job.

This could either be accomplished by scanning the same tag again with a toggle (start / stop).

Or by scanning another tag to start another job.

Or by scanning a universal "STOP" tag.

So, in review, I would scan an NFC tag and it would auto populate the specific spreadsheet. I would scan the same or a universal "stop" tag and it would track how many hours I worked on that job. The next tag I scan would then start the next row in the spreadsheet and continue filling the info in for the month.

PLEASE, how would I need to program the tag and tasker to accomplish this.
