can tasker set phone to vibrate with no ring?

I was wanting to do a profile where when I am connected to the WiFi at work it automatically sets my phone to just vibrate. This is probably very simple, but I can't seem to find an option that does that. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The action is Silent Mode (option Vibrate) in the Audio category.

silent mode completely silences the phone no ringer no vibration nothing

As Pent already stated Silent Mode (which has 3 options:On/Vibrate/Off) with the Vibrate option will do what the OP requested.

How do I put my phone in Silent or Vibrate mode ?

Use action Audio / Silent Mode.

Do not try to do it with Volume Ringer or Vibrate on Ringer.
