I'm a newbie, and this is a slightly strange request.

I understand that Stacking more than 1 notification from the same app is nice for housekeeping and to keep everything tidy in the notification panel, but I wish to reverse the process and have every notification appear seperately, and I'll explain why.

Firstly, I don't get that many notifications so I'm never likely to be swamped with notifications.
Secondly, as a serious Android SmartWatch User (I use the Sony Smartwatch 3) I rarely have to take my phone out of my pocket, and in addition I try to use automation as much as possible, so I am a heavy user of the "Wrist Gestures" on the watch from Android Wear. For those that don't know, when you get notifications, you can simply turn your watch towards you, and start flicking through the Notification Preview Cards by simply flicking your wrist without touching the watch or activating the screen etc...Flick one way and the notifications scroll forward, flick back and they scroll backwards. I have the font size set on "Tiny" so that I can read as much of the notification as possible (for short text messages, Hangouts and Whatsapps that usual means the entire message is displayed).

Ok, so now to the stacking - Twitter notifications are great, they are short, and each one comes individually without being stacked - perfect. However, Gmail messages and Whatsapp messages start stacking after more than 1 message - the problem now is that the message preview can't be read anymore as it just details part of the message and a giant "+1 more" or "+2 more" etc...This means I have to tap on the  Card Preview to open up the Stacked Notifications.

I would be very happy to disable Stacking of All Notifications, but that is beyond my scope and I'm not sure it can be done with an App or in the Android Settings.
Could this be done with Tasker?
Any help appreciated.

If there isn't a solution presented with just Tasker, the auto plugin AutoNotification may assist you with this.  It specializes in automating and manipulating notifications as you like.  Sorry cant help with the Tasker part.
