I added a horizontal brightness slider and resized it so it nearly touches the left and right sides of the screen with about a 1cm gap both sides, which works and resizes as expected, but then I changed its orientation to rotated left then I tried to reposition it on the left side of the screen but the way the resizing works I have to drag the left and right sides to make the bar of the slider (What the handle slides along) bigger which forces the slider to stay in the middle of the screen and resize upwards, Its hard to word so if this doesn't make sense i can make a video or sum screenshots. This also happens if I make a new slider orientated left or right.
If its a quick fix i would really appreciate it if you could fix it for the next release.
Note: I had this problem on the older UI version aswell and with the following devices all large screens so maybe that's the problem unfortunately I don't own anything smaller so I can't test.
Galaxy Note 2
Acer A200
Nexus 7
Note 10.1
No one else experiencing this?

Try using the teddy bear button in the scene editor. it switches the editor action from "normal" to either "resize" or "move".
Tom
Na i don't have either of them.

Maybe you can try rotating the slider first, then try to resize it, then position it.
Tom
I tried it I even changed dpi back to stock, and tried using the original CM10 theme just incase it was a bad 9patch with the theme I was using.but still no joy cheers anyways.

Tom
That didn't do anything either I think its something to do with screen resolution, I'll bring it up again when pents working on the scenes.
Jay M
Ah, you changed dpi? Maybe you need to uninstall Tasker, reset dpi to stock, and then reinstall Tasker.
Tom
