Tasker needs accessibility access - but it's already enabled!

Occasionally on my Galaxy S10 (android v12) I get a Tasker popup saying tasker needs accessibility access". However, it's already ON in my Accessibility - Installed Apps. What else do I need to do to prevent this notification?
