How exactly does this context work?

Does it trigger when a new locale is entered? Exited? Both? Something
else?

It's hard to test because I'd have to do lots of travelling! And
disabling the profile doesn't seem to work either.

I don't know. The docs don't give any info aside from the obvious
'device's locale
has changed'.

Disabling it doesn't work ? What do you mean ?

You can maybe test it with the language setting (unsure on that one).

Ah, maybe it's something to do with language. by "disabling" I
meant... to test I had it flash a message. I turned my "work" profile
off, then back on again, assuming that would count as a "locale
change." But the "locale changed" profile just never fires. Since
posting this message I have just left it go, and it has never
triggered. I dunno what its for!? I wish tasker had a default profile
like Locale :(

Tested. Yes changing the device language set off the event. I switched
from English (United Kingdom) to English (US) and it triggered.
