Decoding HTML with special characters (Umlaute,with Accents,öÁäÚ,etc.)

I have looked like crazy for a solution to this problems.. You are my
last hope:

WHAT I WANT TO DO:

Hi there....

1) Do a Http Get to a website including special characters (like öÁäÚ)
2) Splitt the httpd
3) Read out the results with a german TTS-engine

THE PROBLEM:

The httpget result doesn't read München BUT M�nchen. So reading that
with TTS sounds pretty weird. It seems like it's an encoding problem,
but I have tried everything:

- Different Mime Types
- Converting the httpd from html to text
- etc...

I can't get it to work. Please help! You would make me the luckiest
man on earth.....

You can't do encoding conversions yet, sorry.
