Autowear Tile loaded event

Hi,

Is there an equivalent to a "tile loaded" event? 

I have a tile which gets updated via tasker. At the minute the tile has a button that I need to press but ideally I would like to have it update automatically.

I have seen the watch raised event but would that suck more battery life than necessary?
