Launch messaging app using intent ?

how can i launch the default android messaging app using intent ?

i used to open the messaging app using "open app" task but it didn't worked on other devices 

how can u open in through sending intent ? can I view the last received SMS thought sending intent ?

but i cant get the "view the last received SMS " to wrok on your intent it is just opening the maessaging app without directing me to the latest message or conversation

any ideas ?
