Hi guys,

I did a bit of research, but I don't really know how to use scripting and stuff.
I do think it should be possible to
A) Get a list of Google spreadsheets and derive the key of one matching a variable value, and
B) Add a row containing some other variables to that spreadsheet

Here is the Google API I found for this.

Main page: https://developers.google.com/google-apps/spreadsheets/
The 'Retrieve a list of spreadsheets' and 'Adding a list row' headers sound the most promising to me.

Go to zapier.com. They have an action that can add a row to a Google spreadsheet. You can use it with autoremote that way you can pass whatever variables you want to the action.

Hi Matty,

Thank you for your answer!
But that's the way I used to do it,
I'm just trying to send it directly to Google.

UPDATE: I managed to do an HTTPP GET to this adress: https://www.google.com/accounts/ClientLogin?accountType=Google&Email=%Email&Passwd=%Passwd&service=wise
and subsequently parse out my authorisation token.

I am not sure however how to authenticate the HTTP GET request to this one: https://spreadsheets.google.com/feeds/spreadsheets/private/full

If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know!

Hi Daniel,

Good to know someone else also is trying to accomplish this.
Do keep in mind that the use you are suggesting is part of the Google Drive API, you need change the service parameter in the login url.
