I did a bit of research, but I don't really know how to use scripting and stuff.
I do think it should be possible to
A) Get a list of Google spreadsheets and derive the key of one matching a variable value, and
B) Add a row containing some other variables to that spreadsheet
Here is the Google API I found for this.

The 'Retrieve a list of spreadsheets' and 'Adding a list row' headers sound the most promising to me.

Good to know someone else also is trying to accomplish this.
Do keep in mind that the use you are suggesting is part of the Google Drive API, you need change the service parameter in the login url.
