Pause Pandora (or similar) when headset unplugs

I have tasker config'd so that when I plug in a headset (or car stereo
adapter), I get a menu of apps to select from: music app, pandora,
slacker, etc. However, when I reach my destination I unplug the
headset and get out of the car. If I was listening to the default
music app, then the music is paused. If I am listening to anything
else, then it continues playing. Since I have the media volume
cranked to "11" this is annoying.

I can't figure out how to either create an exit event or other task
profile to solve this (when the headset is unplugged do X). Ideal
solution is that the music is paused. Otherwise, closing the app
would be acceptable.

What I struggle with is that on a given day I could be listening to 1
of 5 different apps and I can't find a method for acting on the
appropriate app. While the music is playing I might also be using the
navigator or a passenger may be playing a game, texting, etc.

Help is most appreciated!
Thanks

If closing the app is acceptable could you just attempt to close all
5?

Otherwise, you could make one profile for each app, with application
open and headset unplugged contexts.

PS: \m/ - cranked to 11, I love it

Whats your advise for closing all 5? I can figure out how to 'kill
all' but that's too much. I was thinking of the profile per app, but
was hoping there was a more elegant way

thanks!

I have a similar profile that brings up a menu for the music app, FM
Radio and RadioTime. Before I upgraded to Froyo, I just had 3 kill app
exit tasks. I just killed all 3 apps upon exit. Unfortunately, now
that I'm on Froyo, the kill app task no longer works. I have tried
using App:Go Home, Media:Music Stop, Media:Control:Stop and
Media:Control:Pause. Nothing I've tried stops RadioTime from playing
through the speaker.

The only thing I could think to do was to add an exit task to turn the
media volume to zero. Upon exit there is a momentary blast of sound
that comes through the speaker but it's acceptible and is much better
than staying at full volume.

I don't like this solution because it leaves the media volume at zero
every time, even if I shut down the audio app before pulling out the
headset. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anything else to work. I tried
making a RadioTime profile and set a variable upon startup and exit,
but since it continues to play in the backgroud when not "active" that
didn't work either.

Any other ideas?

Sorry if this is a repeat, but it looks I did something wrong with my
last post and it didn't post or it is severly delayed.

I have a similar profile that brings up a menu choice for the Music
App, FM Radio and RadioTime. Before I upgraded to Froyo, I had 3 exit
tasks that killed all 3 apps. I figured that if it wasn't running,
there was nothing to kill. Unfortunately, now that I'm on Froyo, the
kill app task doesn't work.

I tried App:Go Home, Media: Music Stop, Media:Control:Pause and
Media:Control:Stop. Nothing worked. Finally I settled on an exit task
that turns the media volume down to zero. There is a momentary sound
when you pull the headphone plug but it's acceptible and is better
than leaving it blare at full volume.

I would like a better solution because this always leaves the media
volume at zero even when I shut the app down before uplugging the
headset.
