"Tips" disabled in preferences but still popping up

Long time, experienced Tasker user here and love the app and support. 

I'm setting up a new phone and have disabled "Tips" in preferences yet I'm still getting popups. The last one was suggesting I name a profile while I was still working on that profile. I don't want/need any tips. 

Have I missed something? Is there a way to shut off tips off?

That version should not show the dialogs whose only buttons are "Ok" and "Stop Reminding". Hope this helps.
