[join] Obtaining the push server reception/output time

Push server delays can cause delays of several minutes to several hours.
In my environment, about 30 seconds from push to receive is acceptable, but I would like to discard the receive if it takes longer than that.

I couldn't find any specifications about time in join receive.
How should I write the command?
