dual Sim card disable / enable

Dear All. I've a phone NoteS20 dual sim. I would like to disable one sim and keep enable the other one.

I've try with the ADB Wifi with the command phone.setSimPowerStateForSlot(1,0), but I receive a notification "Missing Permission ...." and the sim will not be disable.

Can I set a schedule with Tasker by Setting->Connection->Sim-> enable/disable? Ore there is another way?

Which permission does ADB Wifi say you are missing? Have you tried granting that permission with ADB?

Says "Tasker can perform this action using a special ADB command that must be performed every time yo reboot your phone.want to learn how to grant?"

And if I say OK, it will open a page where there are the instruction to setup up ADB on myPC , adb tcpip 5555 ... etcetera....

Did you do all those steps? Did ADB give you any error messages?

I didn’t do all the steps, the reason is that I need to connect the pc to phone and at the moment I don’t have time to do that, but the main reason is that, I think to have understand, I have to do these steps every time i turn off/on my phone.

No you have to do those steps when you REBOOT your phone
