Hello,
I am trying to make a random reminder between 11am and 2pm. I know how to make a random variable to match how %TIME is formatted but I cannot figure out what the profile trigger should be. %TIME can't be used as a variable event and using it as a state does not work unless tasker is opened. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to trigger a task at a random time each day?
Thanks.

There have been a few threads on this forum about triggering a timed profile based on a variable. Search for something like "%TIME variable". You should find a few suggestions.

Create a time profile with start & stop time at 11:00 AM. Create a task that sets a variable %mintowait with a value between 0 and 180 with the "Variable Randomize" function. Then either do a wait of %mintowait minutes, then show your notification. As an alternative you could also insert a calendar entry in %mintowait minutes / 1 minute duration and create a different profile that triggers of the calendar entry.
