Buenas tardes desde España. Hi!

I am trying to do is this:
Pressing the call button on my headset tasker performs a task. My headset has only one button. If also differentiate between pressing one or two times to execute a task or another would be better. I've been looking and thinking two days and I've found is this:
1 - when I give to my headset button opens voice conversation. It could use a context that when you open this application, Tasker close this application, and run something else.
2 - With the voice control application. This application allows you to perform tasks, from Tasker. Using voice commands. It can be configured so that pressing the button on my headset, voice control run.
3 - With the Launch Bluetooth application. This application allows you to choose which application opens with the button. This application does not let you run shorcuts. I can make an app with App Factory. Launch Bluetooth opens this application, which is made with App Factory. This application is what I would run the job I want.
4- there are many apps that let you reconfigurate or remap the buttons of headset, so yoy can execute Tasker´s task, but fix only with normal headset not with bluetooth headset

Can Tasker detect button press? Tasker Can distinguish between one, two or more keystrokes? Or long press?
Would be great if it could be done. We would have a remote control for mobile. And not have to turn on the screen to perform tasks. Because pressing the Bluetooth button on by itself, the screen lights up.
Gracias- Thank you.

Thank you very much Joao.
It is casual but I am one of the person that are in back of ATaskREADOS. ATaskREADOS is the avatar that we use to edit, or write, in our new forum in Spain ( Do you remember? ). I am the person was talking with you.
Anyway Your new app sounds fantastic and it is just what I looking for. If you want I will be happy testing your app. But I must say to you:
I had never been a tester.
My English is bad.
My bluetooth headphone have only one button and it fix only with telephone calls it not play multimedia sounds, except if I use an app that let play anything in my bluetooth auricular.
I use autoremote, in fact I done an app with it.
I have a note 1 ics 4.0.4 root.
So if you you want I will test it but if you think it's better no, any problem.
The new app allow or let trigger actions with cliks in the button of bluetooth headset? You know.. One clik and app do something two cliks and app do other thing. I think it will be fantastic.
Un saludo.

I cant seem to find the post where it I saw this solution but you can add one more app to your solution above.  It's called home2 shortcut.  Might try searching this group.

You can have BT app launcher call Home2 shortcut's long search button press.  Home2 Shortcut can then launch any tasker shortcut.  Its a bit of a kludge and the screen flashes when it launches the shortcut but it does work.

Yes, I used Home2shorcut easiuser. But I think with this app you need clik the menu button. I thinked that clik on the menu or  the button of headphone were the sam, but not, at least in my Note1. I think this app dont let open anything with clik on the headphone button, not if its a bluetooth headphone. My Galaxy Note 1, only open with the button of bluetooth or S-Voice ( the voice assistant of samsung) or the app voice control. What I want its only use the headphone, without touch the telephone. With the solutions I tell us up, its possible trigger an action on Tasker, and then control the phone or do things with speak to bluetooth´s micro. But I want too, that if I clik one time the button do one thing, two cliks in the button do other thing and so on. You Know what i mean? That phone distinguish between one, two, or a long clik in the bluetooth button. Yet I didn´t founded any app that let you do it , only fix but with plugged headphone.
Perhaps this will be possible with the Joao´s new app.
I hope you understand me, and this is what I write a long text or message, because I am not secure you could understand me. Thank you veru much easiuser.

The concept I mentioned does work without doing anything on the phone.  I found the post.  It was over on the Tasker Pro group and it explains the setup in some detail.  Follow this link.

He encontrado el post.

Sí, he usado easiuser Home2shorcut.
Thank you veru mucho easiuser. El jueves, 7 de febrero de 2013 16:38:36 UTC +1, mlesir escribio:

Buenas tardes desde España. Hi!

Usted Gracias Gracias.

glad someone found my post with Bluetooth Launch and Home2Shortcut useful! :-)  It took me a while to figure that one out.  You're right easiuser, it is kind of a kludge but it works.
