Read OCR from Image via ADB?

is it possible to read OCR from Image via ADB?

i have installed autotools, but sometimes it says couldn't use the latest version of Google Play Services event it's already up to date.

So i think there is another way to bypass this using ADB, but i don't know how to handle it by Autotools.

let say i have image in "/storage/emulated/0/image.png", the information that i need only text and ordinate from text scanned in image via OCR.

Can you help me please?
