I am a newbie, just found this exciting Tasker app, and want to try out.

I am using Samsung Note10+, I want to use the Samsung sms app to receive sms messages.
But I want to block some messages if they contain some keywords.
The block function of Samsung doesn't work properly. Sometimes, it automatically blocks some useful messages that shouldn't be blocked. So I am trying to do it by Tasker.
I still want to use the Samsung sms app to receive and view the messages, because it has some functions that I need. I want to be able to use the Samsung sms app to display notification, since I can tap on the notification to go directly to the message, and I can tap on the notification to mark it as read, or copy the verification code, etc.

So can this be done:
If an sms message arrives, and received by Samsung sms app, if it contains some keywords I set, then no notification will be given, and even more, the message will be put in some other folder, or be deleted, or ...
Otherwise, the message will be notified as normal.

Or, maybe if the above can't be done, then how about:
Can Tasker handle the sms by itself first, if there is no predefined keywords exist, then the message is given to Samsung sms app to handle.

Hi. Unfortunately Tasker can't move the SMS but it can block the notification :) You need to use the AutoNotification app for that. Let me know if you need help with anything.

Thank you for your contact.

I use Samsung sms app all the time with autonotification to regulate my notifications.  Try that I think it will do 90% of what you want.  It won't delete messages though.
