CELLSRV Constantly UNKNOWN

On new, unrooted, Moto XT2113-2 with Android 11.

1. I have tried BOTH with and without new API.

2. I have ensured that the variable is monitored with a state profile %CELLSRV !~ service.

I have tested calling, texting, and mobile data and all of these are working. And I note that the Mobile Network state profile appears to be working. So it is NOT just that the cell radio/system is messed-up.

I can see there is plenty of past history of discussion about this. But it is working on my rooted, LG V40 with Android 9.

Any suggestions?

Hi. Sorry for the late reply.

I just tried to do this and it worked for me:

Create a new test task
Add a Flash action with the text %CELLSRV
Run the task: it shows unknown
Go back and save Tasker setup
Go back into the task and run it again
Now it says service
