Tasker Backup file size (size of profiles, projects, tasks)

I have been thinking for some time about the size of the backup file produced by Tasker and consequently about the size of Tasker Profiles, Scenes, and Tasks.
My current backup file has 19 MB, with the checked option to backup also user variables and settings. (I am not sure if it is considered as big or not due to lack of tasker users I can discuss this type of philosophical question in my surroundings :D)
Which I suspected as the first possible reason for growing backup files but the whole folder
/data/data/net.dinglisch.android.taskerm/shared_prefs has less thane 0.5 MB.
I rely on Tasker / Termux / Python scripts combination for 80% of all interactions with my phone, which leads to running Tasker with 398 Profiles, 474 Tasks (1255 if anonymous tasks, linked to profiles and the tasks from scenes), and 118 Scenes split into 35 Projects.

To be more exact it is not that I am expecting that all that could be stored in 1 MB XML files and I am also aware that from the big part it also depends on the size/length of each Task.
What I am looking for is advice/info on how to analyze backup files of projects export files and determine/analyze which projects/tasks are consuming most of the space => check what can be cleared or deleted.
This can be a more general question -> any advice on tools/methods how to parse the XML files and calculate the size specified objects ie. scenes, tasks, profiles etc?
Which tasker backup is a collection of all tasker components stored as objects in one file (if I am correct in assumptions)

I am thinking about this primarily because I currently some of my older devices like SM-A520F (which are still in use similarly as Raspberry PI for collecting data / communicating with IoT at home) not able to restore the latest backups (have one universal Tasker Setup for all devices, which is adjusted after restore based on %DEVMOD variable for each device) (and super slim version of Tasker Setup witch bare minimum of Tasks / Projects that I need has 14 MB.
Any idea or hint if there is some forum/article where is this topic discussed?
Also, what is the average number of Tasks / Projects and consequently the size of the produced backup files for you guys?
