Autowear refresh Tile when Loaded

Does anyone know how (if possible) to refresh an autowear tile when it is loaded?

I have a text tile that is currently updated by pressing a button on the tile itself. It would be nice to get it to refresh when the tile is viewed though...

I guess i could update it when the watch screen turns on but I think that would be more draining on the battery?
