So, in the need of locking certain Apps, mainly Message one, I used the Lock on Display action.

Problem comes, when I lock the App Message, and click the message there's still a brief interval, around 2-3sec. Enought to click the person message and see time by time or tries what is inside.

I wounder if it's a problem, and if there is any way around of it?

I don't use the feature, but from what I've heard I think it's an inherent limitation on all locking apps.  You have to be in the app before it can trigger, so there is always going to be SOME delay.  Not sure if much can be done about it.

Try
Menu > Preferences > Monitor > Display On Monitoring > Application Check MilliSeconds: 500

It does solve it kinda :) You always can see a little bit of it, but ye, that narrows down some of the problem :)

Does that decrease the performance of the phone/increase battery drain or smeth?

Yes. But if you don't notice the difference, no need to worry.
